Nobody can figure out this team.  That needs to end.  The Bucs opened up a chance and the Panthers need to go take it.  I do not want to EVER hear another Bryce Young after game presser where he says, "it's all on me.  I've got to play better."  I have heard that so many times it makes me want to SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --- YES.!! This crap makes my ears bleed.!!

It all starts with the coaches (looking especially at you play caller Dave) and then every player needs to be 100% in.

Perfectly stated. 

We have some talent. We CAN be competitive. Our players need to start moving like their ass is on fire. Im tired of BY yapping about "his fault". "Got to play better". Etc., etc. --- I'm also really tired of hearing Canales constantly mouthing platitudes like "another championship opportunity.."

Stop with the 'talk' and start "walking the walk."
