Xavier has made a few bad plays, I agree, but to be perfectly honest, a bunch of those were bad throws by Bryce. You can go back and watch the highlights of every game XL played in this year, and time after time you will see the ball go way over Xavier's head, or come in low at his feet. Or, he doesn't get targeted at all. Just being fair. I truly believe that if/when he gets more targets, Xavier will show why he was drafted in the first place. But that is just my take on it.
