The thing to remember is that every single team is starting over every year.  That's why they have this thing called "The Super Bowl Hangover".  I get it when they say it, and it's really true for every team.  So many changes each year in the offseason that nobody can ever expect to duplicate their previous year.  That having been said, I'm not naive and I certainly understand that some teams are just plain "built better" than other teams, but I believe that we can play as good as any other team if we put for the effort.

YES... I think so too.

The problem as i see it, is motivation. We have the skill position players (arguably with the exception of QB). However, for some reason, the TEAM is not ready to win. They're just not motivated enough to put forth the required effort -- every game. The team has to be ready to play and truly WANT to be out there winning. Some games we just seem to not care enough to overcome.....
