Those were the days, alright. That "crash" and the new server and software setup along with the time delay, really raised havoc with the membership.
For those who don't know (or remember), the forum went down (BOOM) a while back. It's been down several times for short periods, but this was a MAJOR crash -- maybe four years ago (5..??). Anyway, a LOT of the members just didn't hang in long enough to see the new forum rise from the ashes like a Phoenix. And a lot of the credentials (log-in and emails, etc...) were lost, at least for awhile.. I am not speaking for 007, but I remember talking to him about it at the time. Lots of the members just never came back when the forum was resurrected.
We have a solid (small) group now. AND .... it's less work for the boss. !!!
