In a TRAILER PARK PROSTITUTION STING.    Fbwow  Turns out it was a Police Setup and he stuck his foot, leg, and backside into it.

And he went all the way to Ohio to try to hire one.  Don't they have any decent Prosty's in SF anymore??? Tongue  (calm down, folks, just kidding!)

You know, they made Jerry Richardson sell the Carolina Panthers for far less than this.  I mean, Jerry did what old men (used to) do, he flirted and crossed the line inappropriately.  But Human Trafficking?     He should have to sell the 49'ers.

Have to wait and see …..
It’s already being covered up - swept under the rug. Just like the old saw …. “Hear no evil, See no evil, Speak no evil”.  Original “Prostitution” charges downgraded to “Disorderly Conduct”. Oh no.!! Not that.!! How shameful.!! And he had to pay an $1100 fine.!! How will he ever afford THAT.??  Sounds like another Robert Kraft debacle. And this NFL -> ESPN thing defies description.

Of course it is being swept under the rug. The [very] rich guys live differently from the rest of us.  The Club takes care of its own.  Money and power take over the soul.  There is no moral compass.

Trailer park?  He must be really twisted.  Feel badly for his young kids. No father of the year award this year.  Money will somehow make up for that.

JR's real crime must have been that he was not rich enough.

YES, YES, and YES.  Everything you said here. This guy is a real bum. He inherits a fortune and then “privilege” sets in and he believes that he is untouchable.

Have to disagree about JR though….. HIS real crime was in actually ‘believing’ that all of those women wanted his old, fat decrepit hands all over them. AND that they enjoyed his perverted attention and the whispered sexual innuendo and outright suggestions. JR was too OVERT.!! In plain sight — right in Panther’s stadium.!!!
No woman deserves that. Having to wonder ‘who noticed’, ‘what’s going to happen next’, and if their job was in danger if they didn’t ‘go along’. No … JR got EXACTLY what he deserved.

And THIS perverted worm deserves the same fate.!!!!!  (Depending on WHAT exactly happened — we know he pled ‘nolo contendre’ (no contest) to the ‘reduced’ charges, which is the same as a “guilty” plea). So we KNOW he did it. He admitted it. The question is: WHAT did he actually do??

EXTRA! - EXTRA! -- READ ALL ABOUT IT .......

Here is what I've been able to find out so far. There is not a lot of information available  (YET...). I suspect we will hear more as the NFL gets involved deeper in this case.

** York was arrested in Ohio in an undercover 'sting' operation. Ohio.?? -- YES. Apparently York's family home is in Ohio and he lives there on an occasional basis. It's not unusual for him to travel back and forth between California and Ohio as he maintains residences in both locations.

** York responded to an advertisement on a known "prostitution" website. The advertisement was placed by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. The task force was supported by the East Palestine Police Department (Ohio).

** York responded to the advertisement by agreeing to pay $140 (WOW! - BIG spender!!) for 'sexual activity' with the expected female in the advertisement. His response is known and validated by records on his personal cell phone.

** York was arrested when he arrived at the agreed upon location at the Wheat Hill Mobile Home Community. York was arrested by the task force and taken into custody by the East Palestine PD. At the time of his arrest, York had his personal cell phone in his possession with the contact information and location still on it.

** York was charged at the time of his arrest with "Engaging in Prostitution" and "Possession of Criminal Tools". The 'criminal tools' charge was referring to his cell phone which was a 'tool' used for criminal purposes.

** York spent parts of two days in custody before he appeared in court. He was then released after paying a combined fine of $1150 and pleading No Contest (Guilty) to reduced charges. The penalty included the fine and two days in jail, one day for each charge. The jail time was concluded as "time served".

** York agreed to a plea bargain of "No Contest" in exchange for reducing the "prostitution" charge to "Disorderly Conduct". The "criminal tools" charge remained the same.

** This information was reported by ESPN and seconded by other agencies. EsPN received the information from Colombiana County court records and other public records.

** The Columbiana County prosecutor, Vito Abruzzino, commented that this type of 'plea bargain' was routine in this area. Abruzzino responded to ESPN's request for information by email, but refused to comment further than saying; "This was routine for someone facing those types of charges in our area, and not having a history of this type of criminal conduct in his past."

** The 49ers refused comment by saying; "As this is a legal matter, which has been resolved, we will not be providing any further comment at this time. York's attorney has not commented.

** The NFL released a statement saying the League "is aware of the matter which will be reviewed under the personal conduct policy."

** According to public records filed in Santa Clara County (California) Superior Court, York filed for divorce from his wife Danielle back in May -- (assumedly 2026??).  --- HE filed - Interesting.??

I suspect that we will continue to hear bits and pieces about this in the coming days, weeks, months. The NFL will 'investigate' and then do -- uhh, something.?? I imagine that nothing will really happen at 49ers level because even though York is a majority owner, the club is operated by a consortium of owners. I read somewhere that York at one time owned about 10% of the club. There are apparently a bunch of owners involved who actually control the club through a "Board". The last i read indicated that York was CEO, but obviously without a 50% majority his tenure as CEO could be VERY short-lived. I guess the NFL could divest him from his small percentage -- maybe..??

I meant as far as the rich club goes. They kicked him out of the club for a guy with a lot more money.

Ha! LOL... Yeah, that part is true I guess. So, you think the league will axe him for someone who has more to invest..???  As far as owners go, York is NOT very rich, that's true. A measly few hundred million doesn't buy much these days. With NFL franchises selling for $10 Billion or more, $500 Mil won't buy much..!!  Still, a replacement owner would have to be approved and be willing to invest hundreds of millions to be essentially a "silent" partner..??  OR... As I think about it ... I guess the remaining partners could buy him out and spread the debt amongst themselves... maybe.??
I don't know, LP.  You think a punishment like 'divesting' could happen.?  If it happened to JR (and York's father was divested too... if I remember correctly.??), I suspect it COULD happen to York as well.

Do I think it is right...no. But York will get a million dollar fine and have to promise to be a good boy. Maybe some typeof program that they will make him attend. The "focus" unfortunately will be on a misdemeanor and "it is a single incident", yea right... and things will just go quiet.

Not right by any means but I will be surprised if it is anything than a simple fine and a slap on the wrist and then a lot of hush hush.

But, they will never change the fact that he is a piece of sh*t.
