TREVIN WALLACE QUICKLY GRABBED BY NY JETS

Our 2 year ILB, Trevin Wallace was quickly claimed by the Jets after he was waived at cutdown. I think we made a mistake on this one, but ... what do I know.???

In a report by Panthers Wire's Anthony Rizzuti, Wallace did not have BAD numbers. He played in 25 games (less than a year and a half..), starting in 20 of them. Recorded 125 tackles, 3 sacks, 4 passes defensed, 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Which seems like a decent start for a rookie and 2 year player. Anyway, he will now go on to play with the Jets --- I wish him well, but I hate that he's with the Jets. Hard place to play.

PANTHERS WIRE:  Trevin Wallace Claimed By Jets

I thought that he did a solid job when he had a chance to play.
