ICED the KICKER!

@  SuperCam : (17 September 2017 - 03:08 PM)

Hopefully they get it checked out and it's not serious. It would be a huge blow indeed.

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 03:07 PM)

hopefully it's an ankle thing and they just don't wanna risk it.

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 03:07 PM)

Olsen is a huge loss. Only Cam would hurt worse on Offense.

@  SuperCam : (17 September 2017 - 03:03 PM)

Not a good sign.

@  SuperCam : (17 September 2017 - 03:03 PM)

No. He came back in a walking boot and street clothes.

@  SuperCam : (17 September 2017 - 03:02 PM)

Yep. We escaped with a win.

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 03:01 PM)

Did Olsen come back? I saw him walking off early

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 02:59 PM)

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 02:56 PM)

Man, now I got to go back and watch a boring offensive game. But at least the defense had to be good!

@  thecross : (17 September 2017 - 02:55 PM)

yea, I think Coleman should have diagnosed sooner and got over there. But whose to say they wouldn't have completed something over the middle

I think given Oher's inevitable release; we should bring in Ryan Clady on a one year "prove-it" deal. He's coming off injuries; but he's the best Tackle out there and he'd offer more hope than Oher.

I'm not sold on Williams. I don't think we've seen anything that suggests he's a starter yet. Moton is a rookie; why rush him in?! Get a vet on a 1 or 2 year deal.

I wanted Clady in that draft so bad, and didn't want Otah.  Funny thing, the night before the draft, I dreamed I was working in the Panthers front office and Ryan Clady walked in.  I must have had a confused look on my face because he laughed at me and said "I'm Jeff Otah" and offered to shake my hand.  I knew he wasn't Otah, but I guess I believed him.

Next day (in real life) in the draft day thread here, when everyone was asked to make their final prediction, mine was Jeff Otah (after all, how can you not believe Ryan Clady, right?).  LOL.  Weird dream, but true.

I got to watch the patriots on film today and really paid attention to their OL. Their OL is the basis of their team; it is their foundation. Brady is good but without his OL he would become average. Sounds like someone else I know. I too wish panthers would really strengthen the OL.One year "prove it" contracts are good.

If they think we need another t (we do), it'll prolly be during camp. Get Williams n Moton more snaps. We do need a fourth/1st to step up! Hopefully soon?!? On roster?!? That'll b our biggest hurdle. OT depth. Gotta have em...

For some reason, I got a feeling that Moton is going to step WAY up and rattle some cages this year. Even though a rookie,

I think we're all pulling for Moton. And hoping he turns out to be great.

I just don't like going into the season with so many, "Hope-So" players at really important positions!

We HOPE Kalil comes back from injury and plays back to his original potential.

We HOPE Oher can play.

Or We HOPE that Moton can play.

We HOPE Cam's shoulder is ok.

We HOPE Munnerlyn can give us a year or two.

We HOPE Adams can give us a year or two.

We HOPE Bradberry continues to improve and we HOPE someone will step up to take the other side.

We HOPE Peppers can play at least one more year.

We HOPE Johnson can do something more than he has the last 2 years.

We HOPE Addison deserves starter money.

When it comes to Tackles, I don't like HOPING.

Same with DE, I don't like HOPING!

According to Rivera's recent comments post mini camp, Williams over Moton right now. He had tons of positive about DW. But he said highlighted the learning curve ahead for Moton.

I'm just waiting for the invisible writing on the wall to tell us that Oher has taken an injury settlement and retired.  Or, are they HOPING he will just retire without having to give him a settlement? :whistling:

So, was this an accidental trip in time or purposely implying that Oher is reminding you of Otah?
