A few things I'm not seeing the the upgrade, the clickable smilies, how to quote a portion of an article and the box to provide the link for the article. I'm also not seeing the options to change font type, size and colors. Is there something I need to do or are they gone?

At the top left corner of your editor (reply box) click the button that says "toggle editing mode" when you hover your mouse across it. Everything should appear back on your editor instead of being greyed out.
Once you click on the smileys, look below them for the "Show All" link.

If you're using IE8, click on TOOLS at the top menu bar (or if you don't see the menu, right click on the blue bar to the right of Favorites, etc., if that's showing, and click "Menu Bar"). From the Tools menu, look for Compatability View Settings and make sure you are NOT using Compatibility Mode on Panthersfanz.com, it is NOT compatible with Compatibility Mode...lol. Seriously, trust me...Dang, I'm not seeing that. grrr
I'll see if I can figure it out when I get home tonight.
