The Vikings (and the NFL) are hoping that the Minnesota assembly will pass a new stadium bill before the end of this current sesssion (which has like 10 days left in it). Goodell and Art Rooney were in Minnesota yesterday talking to the assembly.
If the assembly doesn't pass a bill the Vikings could very well end up in LA.

I actually read late this evening that their Senator finally got the agreement passed. I got a chuckle from it, especially the day after he went to L.A. looking for a new home....

They've revived the bill but I don't think it's actually passed yet.
