BY expected to miss week 8

I think we finally got the Defense lined up going one direction and playing together (at least for now…). And YES, the Offense looked flat against the Jets. I’m not sure what BYs injury means although I don’t want to see anyone hurt. The season started off really rough for him, but really he’s shown resilience and ability to manage a game lately. That, along with some mobility is allowing him to continue playing. I think he will always be just an average NFL QB. He’s not “all that” and never will be. However, sometimes an OK ‘game manager’ is all you need. He doesn’t have a great arm, he’s not really accurate, and he’s not strong or tough. He IS relatively quick and can escape trouble (sometimes). So, there’s that…

BTW, has anyone heard anything about Hendon Hooker.?? He’ll be backing up Dalton (apparently) if BY is out for awhile.
